- IT Services provides structured computer training with a set curriculum on a limited number of topics for faculty, staff and emeriti/official retirees, free of charge
- Individual and group training is available for courses listed in the course catalog
- Training takes place in Kettler Hall, Room 205B
- Instructional material is provided
- Registration for individual or group training can be completed online by filling out the registration form above or by contacting the Help Desk

- Lynda.com is an online training resource with video tutorials on various software applications and operating systems including but not limited to:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Dreamweaver
- Microsoft Office 2010
- Windows 7
- This service is free for all IPFW faculty, staff, and students

Responsibilities of User Technology Services
- Provide faculty and staff with individual and group training
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on applications
- Supply printed and online instructions for supported applications
- Produce and publish training materials for the campus faculty and staff
- Produce IT news releases Advise on current and future technology initiatives
- Maintain the IT Services web site and online knowledge base
