Scheduling A Photo Shoot

URC Photography uses an online request form to schedule appointments for on-location shoots and faculty/staff portraits. Please keep the following in mind when submitting the request form:

• Advance planning and communication are essential to a successful photo shoot.
• Scheduling is determined and requests are accepted based on the availability of our photographers.
• Your assistance may be required to photograph your students in your academic settings. If you use student models, you must complete and submit a media waiver [PDF].
• Please be aware that some photos may be used for university marketing purposes.
• Additionally, please note that it is the responsibility of the requester, not URC Photography, to archive photos.

What does URC Photography cover?

Campus Events

IPFW hosts a variety of events, organizations, ceremonies, and activities on its scenic 682-acre campus. URC Photography is present at campus events that best promote the university and support the story of IPFW.

Marketing

URC Photography conducts photo shoots for marketing purposes relating to the recruitment and retention of new and current students.

Web Images

URC Photography has accumulated a collection of photos that are available for use. To find a photo, please first browse through the Vault photos. If you would like to request the use of one of our photos not located in Vault, please use the existing photos request form.

Portraits

We also conduct portrait shoots for IPFW and Ivy Tech faculty and staff in our in-house studio, located in the Support Services building. If you would like to schedule a portrait shoot with our photographers, please use the schedule a photo shoot request form.
