    Flyer Advice

    • Always include contact information (email, social media, website, etc.) and provide a way to connect with you even if an interested student cannot attend the advertised event.
    • Make the contact info big enough to read easily rather than tiny print at the bottom.
    • Avoid dark colored paper with black ink, its hard to read.
    • Email a PDF of your flyer to John Kaufeld in University Marketing and Communications, he will post a copy to the IPFW Facebook Page

    Learning Communities

Students in Learning Communities are required to engage the community in some type of extra-curricular service as a course requirement; if your group is interested in visiting these classes to promote special events contact the SORC and let us know!

    Mailings

Mailings can be distributed to all IPFW faculty and staff without labels. Off-campus mailings or specific on-campus mailings require labels and postage. Contact the SORC if your group is considering this option.
