  Campus Ministry

  • Purpose and Goals of Organization:
    The purpose of Campus Ministry is to help students grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ, to build biblical community on campus and to nurture the growth of student leadership. They also wante to share the love of Christ with the faculty, staff, and students of IPFW.
  • Membership Requirements and Obligations:
    Anyone who attends a Campus Ministry meeting or event is considered a member.  There are no dues, no induction, and no expulsion standards.
  • Activities and Events Planned for Current Year:
    Large group "Conversations" meetings on Wednesdays, small group Bible studies, social events, mission trip, etc.

Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship 

  • Purposes and Goals of Organization:
    Reconcile students to Christ and changing the university marketplace and the world by building a community who want to walk with God. Training leaders and serving through our community and campus. Through worship and prayer-disciples, outreach, studying the Bible, and loving God together.
  • Membership Requirements and Obligations:
    Membership is open. Leadership requirements are training in discipleship and living in a way that honors our mission, Jesus and the Bible (Titus 1:7-9).

    Zombie Run 2012, Weekly meetings, Missions trip.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

  • Purposes and Goals of Organization:
    To present coaches, athletes, students, and all they influence to learn and grow in their faith and to see the campus and students impacted through Jesus Christ.
  • Activities and Events Planned for Current Year:
    Bible studies, huddles, possibly outreach programs.

Free Bible Now

  • Purposes and Goals of Organization:
    1) To bring a group of Christians together in fellowship.
    2) To hold events in which members give out free Bibles to fellow students on campus.
    3) To give every student the opportunity to gain access to a Bible in their native language.
    4) To bring glory to God through spreading His Word.
  • Membership Requirements and Obligations:
    1)There will be a $10 dues fee that each member will be required to pay each semester.
    2)Induction occurs with attendance and dues payment.

    Bible Table, Thursday night praise singing.

 Global Christian Fellowship

  • Purpose and Goals of Organization:
    Our mission is to serve international students at colleges and universities in the greater Fort Wayne area. We would like to inform international students about Christianity and to share cultural and religious differences with students. We invite all faiths, ethnicities,  and nationalites to gather for discussion and fellowship.
  • Membership Requirements and Obligations:
    Attend meetings, be respectful of others, participate in discussions adn encourage growth in others.
  • Activities and Events Planned for Current Year:
    Cultural breaks, International Potluck, Christmas Party, Bible Studies

 InterVarsity Christian Fellowship

  • Purpose and Goals of Organization:
    The purpose of InterVarsity at IPFW is to have a place for Christian students to come and have fellowship while growing spiritually together. Our goal is to share God's love and purpose to all on campus.
  • Membership Requirements and Obligations: 
    There are no formal requirements to be in InterVarsity. Any student is welcome to be involved regardless of religion, ethnic, or racial background. Leaders have formal requirements outlined in Constitution.

 Newman Catholic Fellowship

  • Purpose and Goals of Organization:
    To bring together interested Catholic and non-Catholic students, faculty, and staff to provide opportunities for growth, prayer, worship, and community.
  • Membership Requirements and Obligations:
    Membership is open to all IPFW students and may include a limited number of non-students, faculty and staff. 51% of the total membership must be currently enrolled students at IPFW and only those members may vote, hold office, and represent the organization. Membership shall be free from discrimination and harassment per the policies of the IPFW code of student rights, responsibilities and conduct.

    Mass on campus, retreat, service, and fellowship opportunities.

 Spiritual and Pagan Student Alliance

  • Purpose and Goals of Organization: 
    Spiritual and Pagan Student Alliance strives to promote open-mindedness and religious tolerance on campus through events, weekly presentations, educational speakers, open discussions, and a community atmosphere.
  • Membership Requirements and Obligations: 
    Membership requirements include attending weekly meetings, absences pending officer approval (examples of approved absences include class conflicts, death, illness). A member is required to be respectful during meetings and is obligated to keep an open mind. 
  • Activities and Events Planned for Current Year: 
    Annual shadowcast, Halloween Festival, Weekly Meetings, presentations, Samhain Ritual, Beltaine Ritual, Rummage Sale, Candy/Valentines Day Sale
