IPFW Box Office

The Larson Ticket Office

Located in the newly remodeled Athletic Center in room 126 the box office is conveniently located inside the main doors across from the Fitness Center Check-in Desk.  The Larson Ticket Office is the home base of the daily operations. 

Box Office Hours:

• September 1 – May 31: Monday-Friday 12:30-6:30 p.m.
• June 1-August 21: Tuesday-Thursday 1-6 p.m.
• The Box Office is closed during all School Holidays
• This box office opens one-hour prior to the start of all athletic competitions.

The Schatzlein Box Office

The Schatzlein Box Office, Room 106, is located in the lobby of the John and Ruth Rhinehart Music Center. 

Box Office Hours:

• This box office opens one-hour prior to the start of events in the Rhinehart Music Center. 

Tickets to all Philharmonic Events are available from their box office in Ginsberg Hall or via a phone at 260-481-0777.

The Williams Theatre Box Office

The Williams Theatre Box Office, room 124, is located in the lobby of the Williams Theatre.

Box Office Hours:

• This box office opens one-hour prior to the start of performances in the Williams Theatre. 

Please note that latecomers are seated at the discretion of the house manager in the Williams Theatre.  Please plan to arrive early to allow for time to walk to the venue.

The Studio Theatre Box Office

The Studio Theatre Box Office, room G32,  is located on the northeast corner of Kettler Hall. 

Box Office Hours:

• This box office opens one-hour prior to the start of performances in the Studio Theatre. 

Please note that latecomers are not admitted after the start of the performance in the Studio Theatre.  Please plan to arrive early to allow for time to walk to the venue. 

The IPFW Box Office is the primary ticketing outlet for the Departments of Athletics, Music, Theatre and any special events that occur in the Auer Performance Hall and the Rhinehart Recital Hall in the Rhinehart Music Center. 

The IPFW Box Office also sells discount RAVE Movie Passes for IPFW Students and Staff.  and Philharmonic Student Subscriptions for IPFW Students.

Reuben Albaugh

Box Office Supervisor

• Reuben manages all Box Office needs for Gates, Athletics Center, Rhinehart Music Center, Williams Theatre, and the Studio Theatre in Kettler Hall.  As well as ticketed events, as needed, in Walb Student Union, Neff Hall, room 101, or any outdoor areas. Reuben also manages the departmental website.

Liane Ambrose
