Check your myIPFW e-mail for notification of your enrollment into Online New Student Orientation; newly admitted students will be enrolled in Online New Student Orientation and receive notification within two business days.
Students must use Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser in order to access Online New Student Orientation information. A free download is found at www.mozilla.org. Students who use Internet Explorer report disruptions as well as the inability to play videos. Mozilla Firefox is recommended browser for all online course at IPFW.

Review the instructions attached to your Online New Student Orientation notification to successfully complete this course.
Log into the eLearning icon found in myIPFW to access your Online New Student Orientation course.
It has been reported that it takes anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours to complete and you may stop and start at any time as your schedule allows.
Students must receive 100% on each quiz in order to open the next section. There are a total of 5 Sections.
Register for classes:
Find your advisor's contact info at the end of Section 5 and set up an appointment.
Placement tests must be completed prior to your academic advising appointment. Students who have dual credit in Math and/or English may not need to take placement tests. Simply check with the person you are meeting with for advising to see if placement tests are necessary.
Pay tuition and fees or make arrangements for a payment plan by the published deadline.
