The following information is applicable to all students wishing to be readmitted to IPFW. Readmission is for Fall or Spring semesters only; there is no readmission for the summer semester.
If you have been academically dismissed from IPFW, you are prohibited from enrolling in classes at IPFW or any other Indiana University or Purdue University affiliated campus until one fall or spring semester has passed, you have completed the university readmission process, and have been accepted for readmission. The university readmission application deadline for the Fall 2013 semester is August 1, 2013.
If you have questions regarding the readmission process or how the process applies to you and your individual situation, please schedule an appointment with the Readmission Coordinator, Corrie Fox.
Please know that if you have taken, or plan to take courses at another institution before returning to IPFW, you must earn a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.0 to be considered for readmission. If you are planning to attend IVY Tech Community College as part of your plan for readmission to IPFW, please contact the Crossroads advisor at (260) 481-6595 to verify the classes you plan to take will transfer to IPFW.
Students wishing to be readmitted are also required to attend a single, one-hour workshop.

Workshop topics include procedures for readmission, application standards, IU and PU retake policies, registration procedures, GPA calculations, motivation and strategies for success.
Please be aware of the start time of the workshop you wish to attend and plan to arrive early. No one will be admitted to the session after the start time has passed.
For your unofficial IPFW transcripts: The Registrar's Office, located in Kettler Hall, Room 107, provides unofficial IPFW transcripts to current and former IPFW students for free. Please bring photo ID with you when making your request. Unofficial transcripts are also available via myIPFW.
For your official transcripts from universities you have attended since your dismissal: Contact the admissions department of the college/university you attended, and request an official transcript. The college/university may request a fee be paid and/or proof of identity before an official transcript will be made available to you.
