 Qualtrics is a web-based survey application available to full-time faculty and employees. It offers:

• a wide array of question types
• a well-designed survey development interface
• a powerful reporting engine and good fielding/survey promotion capabilities

IPFW's access to Qualtrics is hosted at Purdue West Lafayette.  You must know your Career Account login information to access it.
