Office Productivity

Microsoft Office is available for the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. Microsoft Office includes the following programs:

• Word
• PowerPoint
• Excel
• Publisher
• Access

Microsoft Office for Windows and Macintosh is available for all students, faculty and staff to purchase from the campus bookstore for approximately $20-30.

Microsoft Office training is available to students through CASA and to faculty and staff through IT Services.

Corel WordPerfect Office is an office suite or productivity suite of interrelated desktop applications that work together for increased productivity. It is available for the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Corel WordPerfect Office includes the following programs:

• WordPerfect is a word processing application used to create, edit and view documents, labels and envelopes.  
• Quattro Pro is used to create, edit and view spreadsheets for displaying and manipulating numbers or data in columns and rows.
• Presentations is used to create slideshows composed of text, graphics, movies and other objects, which can be displayed on-screen and navigated through by the presenter or printed out on transparencies or slides.
• Paradox is used to create, edit and view databases.
