- You are to provide your own USB flash drive to save files.
- Don't wait to until the last minute to do your assignments in the labs. They are sure to be full or closed when you do.
- Feel free to ask someone playing games in a crowded lab to quit and give up their machine so you can work on your assignments. If you are uncomfortable with this, ask the consultant to help.
- Please keep the station clean when you leave it. If someone has left a mess at the PC or the keyboard or mouse is dirty, alert the lab consultant on duty.
- Do Not save files to the C: drive on the lab machines. If you forget them, they may not be there when you get back. Always save to a flash disk or your I drive.
- Copy any files you are updating frequently.
- Make duplicate copies of your files to another location.
- Label your storage media with your name and e-mail address.
- Don't forget to sign out the lab stations. Otherwise, someone else can cause damage, and in this situation you will be held accountable.
