• Knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Office
• Self-sufficient
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds and stand for several hours
• Good documentation skills

Duties

• Receive and organize deliveries of new computers
• Assist with office moves
• Organize, store, properly dispose of, and/or reconfigure used computers and peripherals as needed
• Create and maintain documentation related to the install process
• Interact with staff, administrators, faculty, and students at all levels of computing sophistication
