Review "Preparing to Leave the University" and "Retiree and Emeritus Accounts Overview".
Only Emeriti and Official Retires are eligible to keep their computer accounts when employment ends

Questions/Comments:

You will not retain access to university data beyond your retirement date. If requested, IT Services will assist you with transferring email and files to your replacement, retrieving your email archives, etc.
