  • Sat: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Sun: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.


Responsibilities

Supervisor:

  • Manages student lab consultants.
  • Tests new software.
  • Develops training materials.

Lab Consultants:

  • Assist you in logging on and off the network.
  • Assist you in changing password.
  • Assist you in accessing and exiting software from the Network.
  • Assist you in accessing and exiting E-Mail.
  • Assist you in using various lab software and E-mail.
  • Assist you in operating the scanner.
  • Assist you in printing to lab printers.
  • Assist you in troubleshooting equipment problems.
  • Maintain printers and labs.
