Jim Zion came to IT services in June 2011, as the End User Support Supervisor.  Before his start at IPFW, he worked at Ivy Tech Community College as the Desktop Administrator for eleven years.  Starting out in the Learning Center as a tutor, he soon switched over to the computer department where he was in charge of the largest number of technicians.

Jim attended Indiana University at Bloomington, where he obtained a Baccalaureate of Science in Biology, Core and a Baccalaureate of Arts in Comparative Literature.  With these two degrees, he has stated that if he did not know something, he could make something up to be close to the truth.
