Paul joined the Help Desk in September 2009. Prior to working at the Help Desk, he spent about two years as an IT consultant for Berends Trading Company. He then served six years in the Army with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) where he specialized in Satellite Communications, one year of which he served as an Information Management Officer (IMO) doing computer troubleshooting and repair. During his time in the military, he received experience and training with a variety of IT and telecommunications systems.
Paul is currently pursuing a B.S. in Chemistry.
