Melissa is a Senior Help Desk Technician. She joined the Help Desk in March 2004 and since that time has been certified by the Help Desk Institute as a Help Desk Analyst and Support Center Team Lead. In 2006, Melissa was awarded the Help Desk Institute Analyst of the Year award for the state of Indiana.
Melissa is currently pursuing her bachelors degree in General Studies at IPFW.
