Robert joined the Help Desk in August 2007. He served for six years as an Air Force Security Forces member separating at the rank of Staff Sergeant. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
Robert has completed training as a Support Center Analyst through the Help Desk Institute.
In his free time he enjoys fishing, outdoor activities, shooting sports, and playing poker.
