MOU Procedures

International MOU/Cooperation Agreement Proposal Approval Form and Cover Sheet is to be completed by IPFW faculty, staff, department, or college/division for submittal or proposal to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding, Cooperation Agreement, and/or Exchange Agreement with a prospective partner institution outside of the U.S. A copy of the draft MOU, Cooperation Agreement, and/or Exchange Agreement must be attached to the cover sheet. Please contact the Office of International Education in KT 104 for guidance on preparing the documents.
