In today’s work environment our behaviors and leadership practices not only affect those we directly lead and manage, but also others.  To provide a uniform foundation where supervisors and managers can learn as well as enhance various tools and techniques that will help them lead effectively, Human Resources offers the Supervise for Success training program.  The program consists of ten learning units which include:

• University Policies & Procedures
• Employment Laws & University Policies
  
• Building Collaborative Relationships (Participants will complete on-line Myers Briggs Type Assessment.)
• Managing Conflict
• Identifying Your Leadership Style
• Hiring Talented Individuals
• Communication Skills for Supervisors
  
• Managing Performance
• Managing Diversity
