  • Speak with a career counselor about majors, career assessments, internships, and connecting majors to occupations.
  • Obtain job listings for student employment and work-study positions.
  • Attend academic workshops focused on helping students succeed at IPFW and transition from high school to college.
  • Academic Advising for Undecided, Guided Studies, and Pre-Business students.

  • Pick up your IPFW Undergraduate Bulletin from Admissions. The IPFW Undergraduate Bulletin provides a listing of all IPFW majors and degrees offered, course listings and descriptions, and IPFW policies and procedures.

Bursar Office: 260-481-6824

  • Pay university fees in person or by phone at 260- 481-6609.  

The Spot: Academic Success Center: 260-481-5419

  • Receive tutoring for IPFW classes - FREE two hours per week for each class - and supplemental instruction (SI) for special help in selected sections of key courses.
  • Obtain study skills/test-taking assistance.
  • Improve your technological and computer skills through STEPS: Student Technology Education Programs.

Math Test Center

  • Increase the possibility of success in math through the Flex-Pacing and Out-of-class testing programs that allow you the opportunity for more time to prepare for tests, to test more than once, to use the highest score, and to take a test with no time limits.

The Writing Center: 260-481-5740

  • Obtain free one-to-one assistance in all aspects of college writing, as well as helpful workshops on developing writing skills. 

Financial Aid Office: 260-481-6820

  • Obtain information about scholarships and financial aid.

Gates Sports Center: 260-481-6655

  • Free membership with valid student ID.

Helmke Library: 260-481-6512

  • Reserve readings online through ReservesExpress.
  • Utilize the 24-hour study/snack lounge.
  • On-line access to a multitude of databases.

Information Technology Help Desk:  481-6030

  • Receive first-level support for problems such as accounts and passwords, network access, printing, and hardware and software.

IPFW Bookstore: 260-483-6100

  • Take your class schedule when you purchase your books for each semester.

IPFW/ Parkview Health and Wellness Clinic: 260-481-5748

  • Receive treatment and referrals for health problems, and learn about healthy living through various programs and services.

Multicultural Services: 260-481-6608

  • Utilize services offered to connect students of diverse cultural backgrounds to each other and IPFW.

National Student Exchange (NSE): 260-481-6595

  • Spend a term or a year at one of more than 170 colleges in the US and Canada, while paying IPFW tuition or fees.

  • The Student Assistance Program allows students to receive free short-term counseling and community referrals.

Registrar's Office: 260-481-6815

  • Reset PIN for OASIS, if PIN becomes inactive.
  • Obtain unofficial and official transcripts.

Services for Students with Disabilities: 260-481-6657

  • Register with this office to access appropriate academic aids and services for students with disabilities.

Student ID Cards: 260-481-6030

  • Obtain your IPFW student ID card, which allows you access to the Gates Sports Center, IPFW computer labs, Helmke Library, and additional sporting events and entertainment.

  • Obtain information on clubs and organizations, attend student leadership programs and sign up for your co-curricular transcript.

  • Take your placement tests for reading, english, math, and foreign language.
