About Us

The mission of the Office of Development is to cultivate an allegiance to IPFW and to generate and collect gift funds for Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW).

The Office of Development serves to:

• Align donor's wishes with needs of the university
• Assist people who wish to become involved in the university with appropriate faculty and staff
• Hold in high regard the ethical practices relevant to good stewardship
• Provide a tax receipt to all people who give a gift to IPFW
  
  

All biographic and financial information about donors is always handled with respect and kept strictly confidential to the extent provided by law. This includes name, home address, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card information, gift amounts and gift designations.

All university administrative staff, faculty, volunteers and organizations have an obligation to build rapport with and provide service to alumni and donors. This objective is also the primary responsibility of the Office of Development.
