The IPFW Lafayette Street Family Health Clinic is a nurse-practitioner clinic with a patient-centered model of care. The Mission of the Lafayette Street Family Health Clinic is to provide high-quality, comprehensive family planning services to low-income women and men. They welcome women and men from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds and have a translator available at no cost for Spanish speaking clients.

The goal of this clinic is to assist individuals in planning the number and spacing of their children by assisting them in selecting a birth control method that fits their needs, providing education on general reproductive health, and treating infections that can threaten their reproductive capability.

Clinic fees are based on income and most services are free.
