Your login is the key that unlocks access to an array of resources, from your course management account in Blackboard Vista to classroom technologies to the Indiana University library, one of the finest library collections in the world, via the Helmke Library. Your department should have completed the necessary forms before you arrived. Contact your departmental secretary if you have not received your login. Contact Jan Nichols in ITS User Technology Support, (260) 481-6032, for new faculty accounts.

Bring your valid drivers license (or similar photo identification) and your IPFW network ID (your username) to the Walb Union customer service desk to have your new Mastodon Card issued. Your picture will be taken and a new card issued on the spot.
An “A” parking permit will give you the most choices for parking. The fee can be deducted from your salary on a pre-tax basis. Take your university ID and your driver’s license to Police and Public Safety and apply for the permit. You will be given the permit to hang from the front view mirror in your vehicle. You must renew the permit every August.
