Collegiate Connection

Home-schooled Students

IPFW welcomes home-schooled students to the Collegiate Connection Program. In order to participate, students must submit the following information for review.

1. IPFW Collegiate Connection Application

2. Photocopy of SAT or ACT test score report (not the online report)

3. Home School Transcript which must include the following:
    a. Student's name, address, phone number, and date of birth

    b. For each high school grade level (grade 9, 10, 11, 12)
       
– All subjects studied with the name and author of textbook used and 
          the grade received for the course (letter or number)
        
– Amount of credit granted for the course (1 semester or 1 year)
        
– Days present in school at each grade level
        – Grading scale used to determine grades

    c. Date of anticipated graduation

    d. Signature of the home school administrator
