April 23, 2013 FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Prior to the end of last week, most people in the United States were probably not giving much thought to Chechnya. In response to recent events and greater interest in this topic, IPFW's College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of History present Associate Professor of History Ann Livschiz, who will speak on “Russia and Chechnya: Conflict for Export?”

April 11, 2013 FORT WAYNE, Ind.—A news conference with Omnibus speaker Susan Orlean, journalist and author, will be held for members of the media Thursday, April 18, at 4:15 p.m. in the Liberal Arts Building, Room 160. A student question-and-answer session will be held before the news conference at 3 p.m. in Liberal Arts Building, Room 116. The media is welcome to attend the class as well.
