IPFW also offers a Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E) degree program with specializations of study in computer, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering.

The computer engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET. The civil engineering program has been implemented in the fall of 2006. The civil engineering program has been evaluated by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET in the fall of 2011.
