Fall 2013 GRADUATE STUDENTS (OLS-MS) REGISTRATION
Registration for all OLS Graduate Students begins April 1.

Fall 2013 GRADUATING STUDENT REGISTRATION
  Associate & Bachelor's Degree Candidates can register for classes beginning Monday, April 1st.
Do you intend to graduate with your OLS AS or BS degree in Fall 2013?  Students completing an OLS degree  MUST schedule an appointment for a degree audit and complete an OLS exit survey PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.  Also, graduating students must complete the online graduation application which can be found at:  http://new.ipfw.edu/registrar/  (click on graduation).
Call (260-481-6420) or stop by the OLS Office (Neff  Hall Room 288) to schedule an appointment with your OLS Advisor.

FYI: On line schedule of classes will be available February 28th. Printed schedule of classes will be available March 18th.

Registration for those students, Freshman, Shophomores, Juniors & Seniors who will not be graduating in Fall 2013 semester is as Follows:

• Monday, April 1   Seniors Only 8:00AM on OASIS – Need help, call for appointment
• Monday, April 8   Junior Only  8:00 AM on Oasis - Need help, call for appointment
• Monday  April 15  Sophomores Only 8:00 AM on OASIS – Need help, call for appointment 
• Monday, April 22  Freshmen Only 8:00 AM on OASIS – Need help, call for appointment

Students needing to see their advisor can call (260-481-6420 or stop by the OLS office (Neff Hall Room 288) to schedule an appointment.

Some helpful tips if you are planning to register on OASIS

The system has prerequisites built into it and will not allow you to register in a course for which you have not completed the prerequisites.

If you have taken a prerequisite course at another campus of IU or Purdue, or if you are a recent transfer student and your transfer evaluation is not yet complete, our system will not recognize those credits and you will need "authorization" for the course you want to take.

Authorizations cannot be entered until registration opens on April 1. Those students needing authorizations may come to the OLS office, Neff Hall room 288, or call the OLS office at (260) 481-6420.

Some courses require a specific class level. For example, you must be a junior to take Inquiry and Analysis (General Education Area VI) courses. If you will be advancing to the next class level after the current semester, i.e., will have completed 30, 60, or 90 credits this semester, your class standing must be updated. To update your class level, contact the OLS advisor at (260) 481-6420  or stop by the OLS office, Neff Hall room 288.
