CNET graduates are employed in all areas of the building industry, including construction, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, land surveying, and state, county, and city governments.
The program is accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. It provides you with problem-solving skills, hands-on competency, and required state-of-the-art technical knowledge. Alumni of the department are employed in all areas of the building industry, including construction, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, land surveying, and state, county, and city governments.
The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) program is open to students who have earned an Associate degree in Architectural Engineering Technology (ARET) or Civil Engineering Technology (CET), or the equivalent. Concentrations provide opportunities to prepare yourself for work in a specific segment of the construction industry. You may choose options in architectural engineering technology, civil engineering technology, or construction engineering technology.
