Bachelor of Arts

Students must satisfy Arts and Sciences requirements for the Bachelor of Arts degree in addition to the IPFW Department of Anthropology requirements.

The curriculum for the anthropology major includes at minimum:

• 4 introductory core courses
• 2 ethnography area courses (Group A)
• 3 topics courses (Group B)
• History and Theory of Anthropology (ANTH H445)

Research Certificate

Minor

Students seeking a minor concentration in anthropology must complete: two introductory courses, plus additional course work for a total of 15 credit hours, selecting any combination from the Ethnography Area Courses (Group A), Topics Courses (Group B), or History and Theory of Anthropology.
