During our Indiana Department of Education program reviews (2008-2010), we were asked to provide specific information about the scope and sequence of field experiences in each of our programs. This information can be found in DOCUMENT 1 for each program under Standard 1 [Initial Programs  Advanced Programs].

For ease of use, however, we’ve created a summary pdf containing all state feedback regarding our field experiences. As you can see, each program, except 1 (Gifted and Talented), passed this criteria during the evaluation process.

• Graduate Survey Field Experience Data is a table that highlights qualitative feedback regarding field experiences provided by our graduates.
• Select faculty members were asked to write Descriptions of how they created their University-School Field Experience Partnerships.  Much of this information has been used in the IR Addendum.  The Offsite BOE Team Report on Standard 3 requested additional and/or clarifying information about the specifics of our University -School Field Experience Partnerships.
• Dr. Sharon Parnin provided a PBL Project Overview for her technology-rich project that is part of her partnership with an elementary school this year.
• The Field Experience Retreat Data Analysis occurred at the August 2011 Retreat.
• Over 200 candidates volunteered at least 2 hours working with children who have recently immigrated to Fort Wayne from another country.  Evidence of this participation is found in NILP Volunteers 2007-2011.
