About the Program

Graduates of the Masters of Public Administration learn the skills and understanding to seek out leadership roles within governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, health care administration, and other related public sector professions. Through this program, our students gain the necessary tools for success through thorough research, examination, and application of organizational, political, healthcare-related, and not for profit policies and practices.

Department of Public Policy majors who excel academically will be invited to join Pi Alpha Alpha, the global honor society for public affairs and administration.  Inductees will be recognized at the department’s annual spring recognition event.  Learn more about this honor at pialphaalpha.org.

Beginning Fall of 2018, applications to this program will need to be submitted via the Purdue Application Portal. For admission prior to Fall 2018, refer to the application instructions on the website.
