College of Education and Public Policy

For consideration by the Department of Public Policy Graduate Admissions Committee, please submit the following:

  • Graduate Program Application
  • Graduate Data Sheet
  • Official Transcripts Request Form (transcripts of all previous college or university work)
  • Three Letters of Reference from former professors or supervisors
  • Application Fee (see below)
  • GRE, GMAT, or LSAT Scores

Information regarding GRE registration may be found at http://www.ets.org/gre. Students may contact Prometric Testing at 1-800-853-6769 to register for the exam.  GRE testing is now available at Ivy Tech Prometric Testing Services, Harshman Hall, RM 0126.

If GRE or GMAT scores are not available when you apply for admission, you may apply for provisional admission by indicating this on your application. If accepted, you must submit these scores during your first semester of enrollment.

Applicants for the Public Management Certificate (PMC) must submit the following:

  • PMC application
  • Graduate data sheet
  • Official transcripts of all your previous college or university work
  • One letter of reference

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $55, payable to IPFW, is required of all applicants who have not previously attended Indiana University graduate school. Be sure to forward your check or money order, including your name, address, and intended program, to:

Application Deadline

Fall admission: June 30 (for domestic students); April 1 (for international students)
Spring admission: November 15 (for domestic students); September 15 (for international students).
