Professor Fife's research agenda includes urban public education reform as well as reforming the electoral process in the United States.

Highlights of Community Service

Professor Fife is the Director of Graduate Studies as well as the Legal Studies advisor for undergraduates in the Department of Public Policy. He has been at IPFW since 1997 and previously was a faculty member in the Department of Political Science at Ball State University.
