You must be formally admitted to the graduate program before you are eligible to register. Admission applications may be obtained from the School of Education (Neff 250, 260-481-6450). Your application must be accompanied by:

If you are granted conditional admission status, the school will advise you as to the criteria for achieving regular admission status.
Students wishing to take graduate courses but not (initially) planning to complete degree or certification requirements may choose to enroll as a temporary graduate student. Temporary graduate students may complete no more than 6 credits every five years.
To apply for temporary admission, complete the Temporary Admission Form and send it to the School of Education or fax it to 260-481-5408. Please make sure you fill out both pages: Temporary Enrollment and Graduate data forms.
