Dr. Haber received his Ph.D. in Economic Theory from University of North Carolina in 1975.
Dr. Haber's teaching interests includes theoretical and applied microeconomics, finance, and labor relations. Dr. Haber emphasizes the theoretical aspects of problem solving and critical thinking.
Dr. Haber's research is in the areas of theoretical and applied microeconomics and labor relations
Dr. Haber is a member of the Southern Economic Association, Midwest Business Administration Association and has presented at many meetings including the Midwest Business Administration Association (MBAA). Dr. Haber is also an associate editor for The Journal of Collective Negotiations.
Dr. Haber joined the Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne faculty in 1981 after serving one year at North Carolina State University, and 5 years at Rutgers University.
Dr. Haber has also been included in several editions of Who's Who Among America's Teachers after having been nominated by students at IPFW.
Dr. Haber is member of Omicron Delta Epsilon.
Dr. Haber retired in July 2008, after 27 years of service to Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
