Four-course formal meal based on new food trends discovered by keynote speaker, executive chef Gerry Ledwig of Gordons Food Service
Once a year the all-volunteer Hospitality Management Association holds a fund raising banquet.All proceeds benefit the IPFW Hospitality Management Association.
Everything about the banquet – planning, marketing, food preparation including the serving - is done by the students with supervision by a chef.
Silent auction. Enter for a chance to win a one-week stay at Solymar Hotel in the Galapagos Islands and much more.
Reservation deadline is Friday, February 15.
