Transferring Credits

Transferring credit to Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne is fairly simple.  IPFW is accredited by The North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on Institutions of Higher Education.  We accept credits from any college or university that is regionally accredited.  A grade of "C-" or better must be achieved in a course for the credit to transfer to IPFW.

To make transferring credit easier, Indiana has put together a Core Transfer Library.  All Core Transfer Library courses will meet the general education or free elective requirements of undergraduate degree programs, and a significant majority of CTL courses will also count as one-on-one equivalents to courses taught at your new campus.
